CA 72.4 is a tumor-associated glycoprotein (TAG-72). Its elevated levels have been observed in certain types of cancers, particularly gastric (stomach) cancer. CA 72.4 (or CA 72-4) levels are typically increased in advanced stages of stomach cancer, especially when the cancer has spread to the surrounding lymph nodes.
