The MPO (p-ANCA) test is a blood test that helps diagnose and monitor various autoimmune chronic inflammatory disorders and also differentiates between different types of vasculitis like granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Wegener's granulomatosis, and Churg-Strauss syndrome.
